Katharine Fagerlind


Katharine joins DEX as our Chief Marketing Officer bringing over 20 years’ experience from IT and Telecommunications where she has held Key Account Management, Channel Management and Senior Marketing positions.

Prior to joining DEX, Katharine has been responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution across Middle East and Africa at Vodafone Business, one of the world’s largest Telco’s. This has included campaigns to build awareness and position the enterprise brand, customer advocacy programs, social media activities and she has been instrumental to delivering programs to increase executive engagement at the world’s largest multinationals. Prior to that Katharine held various roles across Europe and Middle East at Cyber security company Symantec where she delivered significant growth across the consumer brand Norton and together with driving channel initiatives for the B2B portfolio.

Katharine is passionate about innovation and all things tech especially how it can deliver better outcomes for business, society and economies across the world.
